At ExploreFrench, we want you to feel confident in your subscription. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible memberships. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a request.

 

Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund if:
✅ You are a first-time subscriber.
✅ You request the refund within 15 days of purchase.

 

Non-Refundable Subscriptions

Refunds are not available for:
Lifetime Memberships (all sales are final).
Renewals or repeat subscriptions.

 

Refund Process

To request a refund:
1️⃣ Email us at anthony@explorefrench.com with the subject "Refund Request".
2️⃣ Provide your order details and reason for the refund.
3️⃣ We may ask for feedback or suggest alternatives.

Important: Refunds will be issued in full, except for any PayPal transaction fees that are non-refundable. Additionally, due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, the amount you receive may differ slightly from your original payment. We are not responsible for any loss due to currency conversion.

 

Abuse Prevention

To prevent misuse of our policy, refunds are limited to one per user.
